COVID-19 INFO: What to expect
As we begin the process of adjusting to the “new normal”, we are implementing some changes in order to protect your health & safety as well as that of our staff. This page outlines the measures we are taking to maintain a safe environment, as well as what you can expect when coming in for an appointment.
Mandatory masks: We will be wearing masks, and we respectfully request that you do the same. If you do not have a mask, we will be happy to provide one for you.
Temperature check: We ask that you refrain from coming in if you have a fever or have had a fever/any COVID symptoms in the past few days. We will check your temperature using a forehead thermometer.
Increased sanitation: We will have hand sanitizer available at every desk and we will be making time between appointments to thoroughly disinfect all surfaces and touch points. Any jewelry that has been tried on will be cleaned & sanitized between appointments.
Limited scheduling: We will only take one appointment per time slot to minimize the number of people in the office. We ask that you avoid bringing extra people with you whenever possible.
Extra protection barriers: Our main desk is equipped with a sneeze shield in order to provide an extra layer of protection.
Alternative Shopping Options:
Virtual consultations: We are happy to do virtual consultations in lieu of in-person meetings to discuss your jewelry needs. Send us an email or message through our contact page to discuss a virtual meeting via FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, or whatever app is most convenient.
Email correspondance: We are working on updating our website and making items available for purchase online. In the meantime, we are happy to help you with any purchases via email. We can send photos and pricing and whatever information you need.
Shipping or minimal contact pick-up: We can ship items to you or arrange for pickup with minimal contact.
Having been an appointment-based business for over 30 years, we are accustomed to working with clients one at a time— you will not encounter a crowd at our shop. Taking these extra precautions will allow us to provide the safest possible setting for our clients and staff while we continue to help you with your jewelry needs.
